Lisa recently joined Practical Governance as an associate and brings with her a variety of experience in leadership roles across the public, voluntary, enterprise and foundation sectors. Her interests lie in building a culture of collaboration that encourages a more reflective, relational based approach to support the sharing of power and positive social change.
In 2019 she worked as a Director (paternity cover) for Lankelly Chase supporting an inquiry-based approach to place based system change and continues to work as an associate focusing on participatory grant methodologies.
Previous roles include, Operational Director 2017 as part of the newly founded Owls where she nurtured strategic relationships and collaborations across sector boundaries to support innovation from the streets and also as an Interim CEO Officer at MAC -UK 2015 facilitating the development and transition of their business plan with trustees, staff and young people.
Prior to this she spent over 18 years working to support the devolution agenda across the Local authority, NHS, and Education, helping to lead multi-stakeholder change programmes and re-design of services with young people, their families and communities.
