Pete is an organisational strategist, coach and facilitator with over 30 years’ experience working with purpose-driven businesses and organisations. He has worked in a variety of sectors including media, campaigning, publishing, education and digital technology.
Through his work as a strategist he has introduced non-hierarchical methods of organising, consent-based decision-making (such as Sociocracy) and action learning programmes, a reflective practice which allows leaders and groups to make decisions in a supportive, non-judgemental and positive manner.
Pete has experience of working for a variety of organisations, from been a manager for a large US corporation, the managing director of a start-up, and Director and Chair of a purpose-driven SME. He has worked with employee-owned businesses, co-ops, charities and social enterprises.
